Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the services, platform, and content provided by Nexatech Pro, operated by RTD Beheer B.V., Bedrijvenpark Twente 79, 7602 KD Almelo, Netherlands. By accessing or using our platform at jormelak.site, you agree to be bound by these terms in full. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.

3.3 One Account Per User

Each User is permitted to maintain only one active Account. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions, access promotional offers more than once, or for any other purpose is strictly prohibited.

4. Use of the Platform

You may use the Platform solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms of Use. Access is granted for personal, non-commercial educational purposes unless you hold a separate written agreement with us permitting commercial use.

5. Educational Services

5.1 Nature of Services

Nexatech Pro provides online educational services focused on network support, including group learning sessions, individual private lessons, personalized learning paths, and live instructor interaction. The availability of specific session types and formats may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

5.2 Session Scheduling and Attendance

Session schedules are provided through the Platform. You are responsible for attending sessions at the agreed times. Missed sessions may not be rescheduled unless otherwise stated in the specific service terms applicable to your enrollment.

5.3 Instructor Conduct

Instructors on the Platform are required to maintain professional standards. If you experience conduct by an instructor that you believe violates these standards, you are encouraged to report it to us at [email protected].

6. Payments and Billing

6.1 Fees

Certain Services on the Platform require payment of fees. All applicable fees will be clearly communicated prior to purchase. Prices are displayed inclusive or exclusive of applicable taxes as required by relevant regulations.

6.2 Payment Processing

Payments are processed through third-party payment processors. By submitting payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees to your chosen payment method. We do not store full payment card details on our servers.

6.3 Refunds

Refund eligibility is governed by our separate Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms of Use. Where no separate policy applies, refund requests will be assessed on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion.

6.4 Failed Payments

If a payment fails or is reversed, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to paid Services until outstanding amounts are settled.

Where the Platform permits you to submit, post, or share content, you retain ownership of any intellectual property rights you hold in that content. By submitting content, you grant Nexatech Pro a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display that content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Platform.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Nexatech Pro and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform or Services.

Our total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising under or related to these Terms of Use shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to us in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or €100, whichever is greater.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Nexatech Pro, RTD Beheer B.V., and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Platform, your violation of these Terms of Use, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

13. Termination

13.1 Termination by You

You may terminate your Account at any time by contacting us at [email protected] or through the account management features available on the Platform. Termination does not entitle you to a refund of any fees already paid unless required by our Refund Policy.

13.2 Termination by Us

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your Account and access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, if we determine in our sole discretion that you have violated these Terms of Use, engaged in fraudulent or harmful conduct, or for any other reason we deem appropriate.

13.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to access and use the Platform ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms of Use that by their nature should survive termination shall remain in full force and effect, including sections on intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification.
