Who is actually teaching you this?
Nexatech Pro is a remote-first learning platform built around one discipline: network support. We work with practitioners who still do the work, not just explain it.
How the platform came together
Network support has a training gap — most courses cover theory but skip the operational reality of diagnosing live issues under pressure. Nexatech Pro was built in 2020 specifically to close that gap, starting with a small group of instructors who ran support teams before they taught anyone.
Sessions run in small groups or one-on-one, scheduled around participants across multiple time zones. The curriculum adapts based on where each learner gets stuck, not based on a fixed calendar.
Every module is tested against real helpdesk and infrastructure scenarios. If a topic doesn't appear in actual support tickets, it doesn't make the cut. That filtering keeps the material dense and directly applicable.
The platform operates fully remotely, serving learners across Europe, the Middle East, and Southeast Asia. Regional context — different infrastructure norms, vendor ecosystems, compliance requirements — is built into the programme, not treated as an afterthought.
The people running sessions
Each instructor at Nexatech Pro carries direct field experience in network operations. They teach what they've debugged, configured, and had to explain to a client at 2 AM.
Floris Vandenberghe
Floris spent nine years managing enterprise network operations for logistics and finance clients across the Benelux region. He joined Nexatech Pro to build the diagnostic reasoning modules — the sessions that focus less on commands and more on how to read what a network is actually telling you. His group sessions regularly run with participants from four or five different countries simultaneously.
Dagmar Oosterink
Dagmar structures how content moves from concept to hands-on lab. She reviews ticket data from real support environments to decide what each learning path should prioritise.
Tobias Brügger
Tobias leads the advanced tracks on routing, switching, and hybrid cloud connectivity. He brings context from working with infrastructure teams in German-speaking markets.
How sessions work in practice
All sessions run through a live virtual environment where instructors can share screens, hand over control, and work through problems in real time. Recordings are available after each session for review, and instructors remain reachable between meetings for follow-up questions on specific scenarios.
